Concreting
in the dark is winter work on Papa Stronsay. Br Yousef Marie,
C.SS.R. here takes the lead.
The
new floors and layout of “Our Lady’s Gardens”
were built and blessed.
Mary Immaculate was enthroned therein.
A
special “tank track” digger made short work of
the future area for our cell gardens.
This machine and an 8 tonne concrete truck were a boon to
the monastery this winter.
Even
after the discovery of the wheel there are places it simply
cannot go!
Brothers lift barrow loads of concrete into the sanctuary
area of the Holy Sepulchre Oratory.
